"Was disappointed with my first experience at this place. Kept seeing some really lovely work on their Facebook page, and was impressed with their designs etc. The staff are very polite, which is nice, I find most staff at nail salons are rude. But the older woman who did my manicure did a really poor job. The polish was applied so thin, it came out with ripples and very thin in some places. It only took a week for it to chip, and I haven't been doing anything with my hands. I can still see the nail in a lot places. It was also very messy, a lot of polish left on my cuticles which cut very well to begin with. A lot of polish pooled on the side of my nails and she didn't tidy it. Im not sure she was actually trained properly. The price was very cheap for a gel manicure, but I'm not quite sure I will return. This is unfortunately the worst professional manicure I've ever had. It's also disappointing because I'd rather offer my patronage to a small local business than a chain like Professional, who are awful anyway."

"Worst experience I have ever had I had a full face waxing done. I am getting my wax done since 7 year never had this type of reaction before. I have rashes and itchy all over my face it's been 3 days it's never been like this before and it's getting worst every day. Now I need to see a doctor . Not recommend to do there at all.
