"I recently ordered couple of pizzas from Dominos Kellyville and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The pizza arrived with issues that significantly impacted the overall enjoyment of the meal. First and foremost, the pizza had an irregular shape, with the corners not properly formed. This gave the impression that the pizza was hastily prepared and lacked the attention to detail that one expects from a quality establishment. Additionally, a significant portion of the pizza appeared to be undercooked. The crust was pale, while the toppings lacked the desired texture and flavor that comes with proper cooking. I must say, this experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the reputation Dominos holds."
"Never like to complain but this one takes the cake. Ordered a Firebreather, went home and was disappointed with the missing ingredients. When I went back, the guy had an arrogant attitude, said the pepperoni was inside the base (never experienced this before) and started talking about how many grams of each ingredient is supposed to be on here! Appalling!"
"Deep pan was not cooked and when I rang to advise, I was told I was wrong since there had been no other complaints - a dismissive response. I was then hung up on when I asked for the name of the person I was speaking to as I would be calling head office to complain."
