"Very bad experience of my life with this Pizza Hut!! I ordered 2 pizzas - Veggie Sensation and Hot & Spicy, I asked them to put enough toppings as last time there were very less toppings. When I got my pizzas, there were less toppings compared to what they used to sell before so I asked them very politely that toppings are lesser than before. The guy (owner - I am assuming) he was very rude and he replied very rudely throughout. He was like “These are less toppings?”, and snatched the pizzas from my hand, said “Take your money back!!!”. I said, it was a feedback from my end as we used to get good pizzas from here. He said, “I don’t want to talk”. I waited there 10/15 minutes to get nothing. He would have said that he will make sure to give best pizza next time, or would have handled it politely, but he chose this. The behaviour of that person was very bad, if he can’t handle the busy period and his temper, that’s not the problem of customer. All we need is good customer service at all times. I have worked at food chain and have worked in busy periods but have never threw it up on the customers. Come on man, you need to learn how to run business."
"No wonder why this store is TRASH. The old boomer can't even take feedback normally. We have been eating here for the last few months. We felt that the toppings were less last time we ordered, so we requested the guy to make sure that the toppings were enough for our current order. When my partner received the pizzas, she checked and told the worker that the toppings were less. The boomer then rudely snatched the pizza from her hands, returned the money, and asked her to leave the shop. My partner cried after this. Close the shop if you can't handle feedback. I will complain to the higher authorities regarding this as this kind of people should not be allowed to run shops. I would request all my friends to give this store 1 star. WORST EXP EVER. WORST OWNER EVER."
"Pizza delivered an hour later. Garlic bread was soggy as were two of the pizzas we had ordered. The Potato spud bites were soft and soggy as well which were impossible to eat. To top it off, we found a few strands of hair in one of our pizzas. Tried to contact the store multiple times no answer. Feeling quite sick after eating this. Will be sticking to domino’s and would not recommend Pizza Hut to absolutely anybody!"
"Best Pizza Hut Express in Sydney. I have been going to this Pizza Hut Express, 88 Reservoir Rd, Blacktown to get pizza for years. I actually live closer to other Pizza Huts but go to this one because they have the best pizzas with generous toppings. The Staff and owners are friendly and the service is excellent. Try the thin crust or pan Super Supreme with Anchovies or BBQ Chicken with Pepperoni and Pineapple and BBQ sauce. I always use the pick up service"
"Ordered pizza and garlic bread to be delivered. Pizza came but no garlic bread. 3 days later I'm still waiting to hear from them after contacting them 5 times. Bad service, go somewhere else..... Still waiting to hear from them. It took 10 days but I've finally received a voucher from them to make up for the missing items... I have to use it in the same store so not over the moon about that but it's better than nothing."
