"I really wanted to enjoy this pizza, but we simply couldn’t. Pizzas came earlier than expected, which was great. The pizza base just simply isnt what we like. They were very soft,felt undercooked, no crunch and very doughy. We decided to ring them to make a complaint. To their credit, they were very apologetic and offered to deliver the same pizzas, nice and fresh. Sorry, but they tasted the same. Looking at all their reviews, they may have had a new employee working tonight. Not my first choice or second for pizzas in Penrith. Excellent customer service though."
