"If I could give zero stars I would. We placed an online order for 2 pasta dishes, 1 pizza and a garlic bread ($60). Put in all required details for payment. Took the money out of my account then replied with an error saying the order was cancelled. Check my bank account and found the money had been taken out. The error then said a refund would occur but may take several days worst case. We went to the store to question the error. The girl behind the counter rang the manager and then explained to us that if we wanted the order we would have to redo the order and pay again making the meal a $120 meal until the refund came in. The reason why the order was cancelled was because they were not open 15min earlier when we put our order in therefore not taking orders. We order at 1245, the website says they open at 10am???? Honestly don't know how they can operate this way. Was excited to give this place a shot and now won't ever be back to this place. In response to your reply - money was definitely removed from my account with the online error stating a refund was enacted. Apologies on the times of 10 am (that is the Rouse Hill store) Unfortunately when we spoke to the girl behind the counter she said they didn't accept the order because they just opened. Either she is lying to the owner and is saying she was there at 12 or she is lying to customers?"
"Awful. This is apparently my Italian salad (looks Greek) which is actually a whole red onion, chunks of tomatoe and olives. Nothing green in it at all, not close to Italian and a serving the size of a coffee cup for near $11. Adding they don't answer calls either should you wish to advise you might have the wrong order. Would not recommend at all."
"Was genuinely surprised by how good this pizza was. We randomly grabbed two on the way out of woolies. Only took a couple of minutes then we were down by the river enjoying delicious pizza. Fast, quality and the staff were super friendly."
