Aside from compensation for the incident, all I could ask is that action is taken to make sure other customers do not encounter this issue. Nepean Pizza took action in the same night as my review, and I could not as for more. As I said below, I would not do delivery, but it is absolutely a great choice to go for pick up. Thank you for listening to your customers! Prior response: Delivery has gone to hell. Just ordered and was told after an hour of waiting that the delivery driver hadn’t picked it up yet. 1hr 20 for pizza I needed to microwave on delivery. I know it’s a third party delivery service, but I ordered through your website and got charged for delivery. I won’t get delivery again. Next time it’ll be pick up or somewhere else."
