"After having a bad experience with a dentist in which they botched my treatment (see previous review of the James Clinic) I complained to the DCRS. Mary Culliton was assigned to my case and I found her to be very helpful and responsive. The clinic were a nightmare to deal with and refused to answer any of my correspondence and ignored my complaint. I had actually given up on a resolution but Mary persisted on my behalf and eventually after a year later the clinic responded and satisfactorily resolved my complaint. I am very thankful to Mary as I would never have received any response if it wasnt for her. It seems very difficult for dentists to admit any wrongdoing even in the fact of overwhelming evidence of negligence. After my experience I think the DCRS are offering a very valuable service and Mary is very understanding and helpful."
