"I had a cist / lump on my gum and was referred by my dentist to this practice. My dentist had already taken a x ray and also forward my details to this practice . When I arrived I was under the illusion I was getting the lump removed. But instead I was charged €300 for 12 minutes of there time another x Ray was done and charged addtional €150 as this had to be sent away to a 3rd denistist to analyse. Its been nearly 6 weeks later and I havnt heard 1 thing back from the practice and just feel like I was completely taken advantage of on a fincial side as I am no better of now as I was 6 weeks ago and €300 for 12 minutes of someone's time was outrages."
"I can't thank Dr Thomas and all staff involved during my visit enough. As a person who struggles with chronic anxiety, my experience was met with the upmost care . I had two extractions and was very thankful by how neat the stitches are. I was also given great aftercare and pointers on how to avoid dry socket. Also Dr Thomas was kind enough to play music in the background which I found soothing. Again I'll be forever thankful and would encourage anyone with anxiety to go to north west oral surgery.
