"With Avantcard since they were MBNA. Zero customer service now. 6 weeks chasing trying to get a DD set up. I'm told to "expect a call from our agent ". Yup. 6 weeks on. Still no DD set up & bounced back payments that I'm being charged for."

"I was approved for a 22k refinance loan to clear my debt, sent in Documents and all fine. I waited 5 ridiculous weeks for the final decision, then got a call asking me what did my wife earn? ( It was my own personal loan, what's my wife have to do with it? As I filled out the application as a solo applicate) I told them she didn't work and was refused right away. Saying I couldn't afford it..yet no indication at all before this and I was told multiple times into the application all was fine. They just wasted my time completely. So they offered me a 7k loan instead. Which makes no sense at all... I pay 700 a month in loans and credit cards. The Avant refinance loan repayment was going to be 425 to clear everything. But they said I couldn't afford that, I could afford 7k loan. That would be on top of outstanding debt I had already as that wouldn't be paid off, Clearly this is works."
