"To be honest If there was minus stars I would give it to this business ! Myself and my partner both had cars bought from this business, but from what we experienced the staff in Griffiths operate a "Fob the customer off" kind of approach. All nice when you are in the courtyard and have made a deal to buy a car but when you drive away and are told you will receive a call as to when the car would be ready. This call never comes, you ring and ask the receptionist for a sales person to be told they are busy and will ring you back soon (which could be 3 days later if your lucky!). Needless to say myself and my partner have since bought cars from another Ford dealer, big difference in the 2 companies! Will not be returning to Griffiths !"

"1. Ensure a SIMI vehicle order form is supplied on the day of your vehicle purchase/collection, it took 5 months to get ours. 2. Ensure your SIMI vehicle order form is legible. As can be seen from the attached photo the figures on our form are impossible to make out. 3. Our experience with JJ Griffith Limited was not pleasant."
