Gave me advice on which battery to get and didn't push me into getting any particular brand. Very helpful and friendly staff. Efficient and honest customer service. "Fantastic group of lads in the shop always have the parts I need and if they don’t have the part the always have it the next morning which is brilliant service I can’t recommend them highly enough if there was 100 star rating they’d exceed it Plus there prices are great . Went to Pat Kelly auto point ( toyota castlebar ) they charged me 20 euro for a filter for a 1litre petrol 2004 Yaris In eurocarparts. €3.70 Top job lads as always"

"Terrible stranded.. they arrived with battery and no jump leads(ordered) no tools although discussed with on phone...told him Halfords are 15 euro installation.. he ..dropped battery and scarpered ( had a tip of 10 ready)..Still have it...nol ift back to office to buy the jump leads and vice grip..no phone help...these people are the parasites of the car business..a pound shop if you like...no communication among themselves ..throw around phrases... by law ...when they mean Co.pany rules..."
