"Terrible experience. Re Peugeot 3008. Not only was the sales person rude but they would not address my questions about the transmission simply said it must be my driving style. Would not even offer to look at it or drive it with me to feel the transmission. I had brought money with me to purchase the vehicle today and was hoping it would be a simple fix once it was serviced. Again the guy said I must not know how to drive an automatic. I’ve only ever driven an automatic - 25+ years of driving and this would be the smallest vehicle I’ve driven in 15 years. It was an odd experience all around and a huge waste of time. I had previously called to verify vehicle information before driving my friend took time out of the day to drive me the 56 km to look at the car. The information the dealership posted on donedeal is not accurate. When I started asking questions re the vehicle and how it drove the response was defensive and accusatory. The guy was rude to the point of being mean. Again, it was odd. Terrible service, terrible company."
