"From my first appointment with hidden hearing athlone, Dorothy at reception and Ruairi, the hearing specialist were nothing but friendly and helpful. The assessment itself was so thorough and conducted in a friendly and professional manner. I was at a loss with my hearing and thought there was very little that could be done but Ruairi assured me he could help. I couldn't believe the difference when I had the hearing aids in. They were so comfortable to wear unlike previous hearing aids I have and the quality of the sound is so good. The payment plan option was a welcome surprise as I'm a pensioner and I have been back since for checkups and can arrange an appointment straight away if I have any issues, which I haven't to date.
