"Quiet an unpleasant lady. I imagine the churn in office staff is down to her quiet nasty manner but it leads to the office being an absolute shambles. I would echo a few of the other comments here in saying avoid her like the plague and if you have to use her under no circumstances pay cash, always bank transfer. She has been on the go over 40 years and while at some point may have been somewhat competent she lacks the capacity to remember and analyse detail which drags out things massively."
"Avoid at all costs. Where to begin shockingly poor office admin coupled with very poor legal professionals. The aim of Groarkes is not to look after your interests it is to lighten your pocket, pure and simple. The lack of ethics and professional integrity is breathtaking. On top of all that even when they (after fleecing you for costs) deal with the matter at hand she doesn't really have the manner or expertise to do what you want. She has traded upon the father's and brothers reputation for years but to be blunt other than a nasty and distasteful manner is not a very good solicitor. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Plenty of better solicitors in the town."
"In 2011 this firm of solicitors were given the job of dealing with my mother's estate. However this simple task was turned into a nightmare as a result of the total unprofessional conduct by this firm. Almost 10 years later my deceased mother's wishes have not being carried out. I now have to take to social media to try and get this matter sorted. I would avoid this firm at all costs."
