"On the 25/11/22 a fastway courier delivered my parcel by throwing it onto wet windshield of my mother's car at 6am. No contact made on any level about where to leave it. Just threw it on the car that was rained on. Disrespectful courier that covers my delivery area and should not be employed by anyone. I GIVE 0 STARS in reality but Google won't let me. Now 28/3/23. This incident has now occurred 7 times in total. Would never recommend fastway couriers to anyone and I'm not the only one unhappy with how they conduct business just see all the other negative reviews."

"If I could give 0 I would!!!! How can you have a courier service that don't deliver...... Had a play item due for delivery for the last month, able to collect in the South East in a van but then not able to transport from the West office to my address, JOKE!!!!! No response to my email queries, no answer to the contact number, no chat facility. I cannot understand how companies continue to use them. Has got to the stage now where I ask companies to deliver with other couriers as I won't purchase items from providers who use Fastway. Don't know what you do but it isn't collect and deliver!"

"I would leave no stars if I could, no contact number to efficiently solve issues. WhatsApp does not work. Delivery dumped at end of driveway after being misrouted initially. Now they "attempted delivery" I was home all day and no such attempt was made. Continuous issues from this company whenever they deliver, I wouldn't order from any company that uses them ever again. The service from dpd etc is non comparable."

"Where are my new tractor number-plates now? The dealer handed them allegedly over to a driver of Fastway Couriers Galway on Tuesday-morning, 17th of January 2023, to be delivered, 60 km down the road, to my place around Midday, the same day. Today, Thursday, 19th of January, no sign of them here. Dealer reported to me that those plates have disappeared and are not traceable any more. A new set of plates will be delivered through AnPost on Monday, 23rd of January 2023. What a mess..."

"So disappointed. My boyfriend put so much effort into making sure I received my parcel before Christmas. He looked all around to find somewhere this item was not sold out and called and e-mailed several times in total so that he could change the delivery address, so that I could receive the parcel on time for Christmas. All of that effort and then the courier left the parcel on the wall at the front of the property. Outside. In the rain. When I (luckily!) spotted the parcel when I opened the gate this morning, the box was soaked. It was very easy to tear apart the sodden cardboard and open the package. Inside, the box of tea was sodden and the individually wrapped tea bags were also sodden and damaged. I am not sure if I will be able to use all of the tea bags now if they have become damp. There is no way to contact Fastway Galway branc to make a complaint about this service - no phone number, no e-mail address, no online contact form. Just a postal address. This is below par, unacceptable, unsatsifactory. I am very disappointed. My Christmas present has been ruined. I only hope that the company that sent the package will be kind enough to resend a new package. I imagine I will not receive any replacement I might receive before Christmas now. Thanks for nothing, Fastway."
