I got speaking to a nice lady who said she'd get one of the team to give me a call to arrange a suitable time.. a suitable time for them must never have come as that was 2+ months ago and no one has ever got back to me.. needless to say I won't be ringing them again either."

"Bad experience. Booked them to call out to price me on a sizeable insulation job. I took a morning off work and to my amazement I get a text message an hour before he was to call out to say he won't make it and if I wanted to reschedule! Even though I was really annoyed that he had inconvenienced me by letting me down I very politely text back that I was anxious to get this done as soon as possible and that the following Wednesday would be suitable for me - no reply! You could not make it up. Unprofessional and certainly not someone who I will be looking to let into my house. There are better more customer focused guys out there."
