"Appalling and abusive office staff member. Bad experience with three drivers over a five and a half year period of using the service two to three times a week. The majority of drivers are lovely people,however I experienced disgraceful harassment at the hands of women when she deliberately took my call for a taxi and left me waiting almost an hour. She pretended that she couldn't hear me when I rang to enquire as to where the cab was and did the same thing to a lovely lady working in a nearby service station, when she rang from her own phone to see if there was a signal problem with mine. There have been several problems in recent months where customers have been left waiting in the cold for a half an hour or more for a taxi, particularly outside supermarkets.A local business person told me that this company have become very problematic as her customers have been badly treated also. This is down to poor management."

"Floods taxis driver charged me 11 euros 20 cents from hotel kimore to spec savers on Saturday 22nd September 2018 .Rang 3 companys in Cavan to get a price for same journey..Not one firm charged more than 7 euro..completete rip off..No wonder people complain.Stay away from floods."
