"Appalling and abusive office staff member. Bad experience with three drivers over a five and a half year period of using the service two to three times a week. The majority of drivers are lovely people,however I experienced disgraceful harassment at the hands of women when she deliberately took my call for a taxi and left me waiting almost an hour. She pretended that she couldn't hear me when I rang to enquire as to where the cab was and did the same thing to a lovely lady working in a nearby service station, when she rang from her own phone to see if there was a signal problem with mine. There have been several problems in recent months where customers have been left waiting in the cold for a half an hour or more for a taxi, particularly outside supermarkets.A local business person told me that this company have become very problematic as her customers have been badly treated also. This is down to poor management."
