"The staff was great. The online eye test booking system is completely useless. You can book a time and that means they do not guarantee it. You will get a cal a few days later saying, sorry, we do not have your preferred time, would you like to take one an hour or a day later. I've done 4 bookings and the same story every single time (canceled all of them). Sometimes it is better do not to provide an online booking system at all"
