Carewell Medical Centre 67 Oaklawns, Mullingar, County Westmeath

"Some of the poorest care I've seen in 26 years of being alive. My partner has called them countless times over the last couple of weeks and not even a call back or place to request one. As a result she has been left without her illness benefit for nearly a month now and has no money but will probably be charged anyway once these clowns finally pick up. If your from Mullingar avoid this place. Your nearly as well stay sick then try and get treatment here, would be less frustrating anyway. Partners mental health has been greatly affected by these "medical professionals" disgusted with these people"

"This Place is honestly terrible, Doctor Anna was amazing but ever since Doctor Masood has taken over it is impossible to get an appointment because the receptionists do not answer the phone and often pick it up and drop the call immediately, like seriously as if we cant tell the difference between a busy line and someone hanging up the phone on you, i have gotten no help or care and have been charged every time Dr Masood decides to calls me to ask if i am feeling better, i have gotten no treatment from her how on earth would i be better. she filed several mistakes in my disability forms resulting in it being denied, if it wasnt for Dr. Addy after starting i honestly think this place should close down."

"The worst clinic I’ve ever been to I personally do NOT recommend them I would have few years ago when Anna Letowska was there but now I wouldn’t the doctor now that owns the clinic she is really really rude also They never answer the phone, When someone rings they just put it as “user busy” so they won’t have to answer the phone."

"Absolutely unprofessional place. Successfully booked appointment is a miracle. Doctors are changing more often than weather in Ireland. I am regretting deeply that swap my old GP for this "practice" if you can call it one. Edit . It's getting waaay " better" 19 unsuccessful call, disorganized service. Avoid at all cost."

"Very bad communication in this place, arrived at 12.15 for vaccine appointment with my mother. Checked in and was told to wait in the car and they would come out to get her, 20 mins later a woman arrived out with forms to fill out and was told to bring them with her when she was going in. 10 people come and go and hour and a half passes and to say my patience were wearing thin was an understatement so I went in and when i asked the receptionist the nurse came out and was like oh yeah you can bring her in now and as I walked out she said she had come out for her but forgot who she was looking for! SERIOUSLY!! The photo ill post you can see exactly where I was parked not easy to miss. Thankfully this is NOT MY GP and I will be suggesting my mother changed also!"
