"Really bad I called many time without getting any taxi sent to me either they say I have no driver or it will be 30 minute don't waste your time calling them if there was zero star I would give zero stars"

"Showed up on time. Driver knows the area. A year later, drivers stop working at night. Removing a star. And it seems their drivers stop working at 8, According to the phone operator."

"I rang them to order a taxi and was told it would arrive in 20 - 30 minutes. After 40 minutes the taxi hadn't arrived and I rang again to inquire about it. The agent told me the journey was marked as completed and sometimes the drivers do this if they're busy. Instead of offering to order another taxi he said I should use one of their competitors. I said I won't be using them again and he said "Yeah, that's fair enough. I wouldn't use us either. Thanks." Best to go with the agent's advise and don't use them."

"Have used them in the past and they used to be really reliable and very friendly, it seems like recently, that has changed, the first time I noticed this business going down hill is when I contacted them for a taxi home from hospital and was told it would be just over and hour, so I waited, an hour and a half later I rang and cancelled and went with a different taxi company, who were lovely. To be fair though the operator was very understanding do I didn't mind, then today I rang for a taxi from college to the train, which I had to be there for 3 o clock, less that 10 minutes to 3 I rang back, and the operator was so rude that I will not use their service again unless it was an emergency and literally no one else was available, she snapped at me and told me how they had a delay of 15 minutes but I "would have been told that already when I booked in" actually no, I was not told that at all, and because of the operators incompetence in their job I missed the train and was almost late collecting my disabled child. That operator should be fired."

"I booked an indoor dining here for my partner's birthday and it was worth it. Food was great staff were nice, gave us complimentary fudge and ice cream and sang for my partner, that really made his day. I'll be visiting again."
