"Ordered a phone on Stephen’s Day as a birthday gift. Did expect a delay as it was Christmas holidays however they were back in the shop on the 3rd January as stated on their page. Didn’t hear anything once order was placed. Sent email enquiring where order was on 10th January no response was received. After sending a Facebook message and a phone call on the 12th January we were told it would be sent out the following Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. Surprise surprise still no sign of it after several unanswered emails and ignored Facebook messages and calls and absolutely shocking non existent customer service we requested a refund 4 weeks from the time order was placed. Wouldn’t recommend them at all unless you enjoy being taken for a ride. Would give 0 stars if I could"

"Bought a phone a month ago and I still haven’t received it, no sign of it coming I’ve rang multiple times they can’t give me an answer only that they’re waiting for a tracking number from the warehouse and that there’s been issues due to covid. The first issue was that I bought a specific colour only to get a call saying they didn’t have that colour. I said I didn’t mind waiting for it for the extra week, but time went on, no response and I rang up to be told there’s been a customs issue. Fine, they said it’d be resolved in a couple days. Rang up again and now there’s the warehouse issue. I was told it would be a couple days, rang up again and was told 2 more days. Rang up again and was told finally about the above warehouse problem. I’ve had to ring up every time for an update myself, no emails contacting me to even say straight up about any delay in the first place. I understand part of these things may have been out of their control but again it’s the lack of forthcoming communication which has put the nail in the coffin for me, and even if I’m getting a free tempered glass it doesn’t make up for an almost 4 week delay. I wasn’t even told that they’d get in contact with the warehouse to bump it up in the priority list to make up for the delay, which should have been done as soon as it got to the warehouse to be honest. I’ve been extremely understanding and polite but it’s honestly a joke at this point, everyone has told me I should just cancel the order which I will be doing."
