"Disgusted by the way I was treated in Athlone store by assistant manager Jeff purchased oven on 25 March went back into store on 10 April to inform them that oven was all burnt in the inside after doing pyro cleaning was told they have to send Zanussi engineer out or which was over a week later he just look at it said he would be back in aweek to replace clips to hold on the shelves new oven only 3 wks old went back into store spoke to assistant manager Jeff and was like talking to a wall wouldn’t listen to anything I said and he said he get back onto Zanussi heard nothing from him by Friday so I rang at 5oclock to be told by Jeff he was off on Thursday and only seen email surprisely only look at it cause I rang he informed me Zanussi wwasn’t going to do anything and he had done what he could been customer of DID for 20 years tullamore mullingar first until Athlone open never been treated this way before will not be recommend them to anyone now stuck with oven after paying 550 euros and doesn’t do what it advertise to do and Jeff wasn’t anyway helpful avoid this store this is photos of oven after only been used. 4 times and the Pyrolytic cleaning done what it going to like after few months the reason bought this type of oven is for the cleaning method"

"Staff is incredibly friendly and happy to help in any way needed. I purchased a TV which I had to return twice (Manufacturing error, not DID's fault) and they happily organised a replacement both times with fast and friendly delivery/collection. Great store and great staff, would reccomend."

"I have ordered the phone from DID in Lucan and we have waited for it to arrive 2 months, without anyone saying it to us that it will take that long. Once we have picked it up, the phone stopped working and we have brought it back, waited another 2 months for someone to contact us and then another 2 months for us to be able to collect it. When I went in to get the phone back, they said that it will not be fixed as the camera and phone is cracked. Which was not before when we were bringing it in. I was told to pay €178 for the camera and that once I'll pay it, they will fix the phone then. I'm very disappointed with all of this delay and service that we were provided with. It is unfair how we were treated and not being informed about anything! Now I was told I could pay extra €160 to get mint condition phone. So I think next step is go to radio/ newspaper."
