"Excellent Service, Great Customer Support and Advice. Have the EcoSoft 6 installed over a month now and it is excellent. Water quality in my area is ok but full of chlorine and often see oily residues and non-dissolved solids. Massive positive difference perfectly clear and tastes better so no more bottled water. The staff at CWS were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very quickly matched the best solution for my needs. The installation was quick and efficient may be 2-3 hours and the person who installed it was great, knowledgeable, explained everything and had no problems with having to modify and add a pump due to reduced mains pressure. You may lose some space under the sink but really a simple sacrifice. All in would highly recommend CWS they are a pleasure to deal with, will match your needs, budget, no hard sell from any staff anywhere along the line even when asking the person installing it when to get it serviced, change filters etc. replied 'annually the company will be in touch but depends on usage, areas water quality, gave me some honest logical examples but said I'd know myself as time goes by'. Very happy all round. Add up how much you spend on bottled water p/a, take the leap wish I did it sooner."
