Welcome to the Longford Athletics Club Indoor Training Centre! We are located at Deanscurragh in the town of Longford, Ireland. Our gym is equipped with sophisticated equipment, including treadmills, exercise bikes, elliptical machines and strength-training equipment that cater to different athletes' training requirements. We have an indoor 100m, 60m, and 45m track available for athletes to use, which is perfect for training during unfavorable weather conditions. And for those who want to practice their jumping, we have a long jump pit and high jump mats ready to use.

Our coaching team consists of seasoned professionals who have a wealth of experience in their respective specialization areas. They provide specialized coaching tailored to individual athletes, including elite athletes, and work closely with them to identify their unique strengths and weaknesses, resulting in faster and more efficient progress.
