"The old Irish woman that works at the reception needs to learn manners as she treats everyone with rudeness and a complete lack of respect and when doing the test she did not want to allow me to complete the feedback form as she knew I would make a complaint against her. Disgusting and unprofessional behaviour, she should get fired as there is no use for people like her in the work force."
"Went in to get my theory test, while waiting the older gentlemen started making rude remarks about shopping bags being in the room even though they were well out of the way, he was super rude dealing with clients and seemed as though he was on a power trip. Go elsewhere if you can."
"Poor place. Come in, ready booked and all documents required. The theory test pass page, eye test, identification and proof of address. Everything was perfect. Woman working there mid fourties’ inputed information incorrectly and told me there was a error of sort. She sent me out the room without second attempt with a number to call the department. People on the phone also didn’t understand the issue. Went to mullingar today and absolutely no problem and no questions asked. Nothing better than a center that can’t do their work correctly…"

"Arrived to complete my theory test but when I got there the centre was closed. I was told that I was given an email on the 2nd of June but I never received one. No answer from any phones and other people were standing outside to complete there theory test as well. they were also given no information that the centre was closed."
