"Absolutely dreadful service.Turned up for an appointment today so had to take time off for work.Told to take a seat.Meanwhile the physiotherapist and the secretary chatted away.Eventually I told them to give me a call when they had time for me and went to walk out.The physiotherapist informed me that they were discussing something but by their demeanour and from what I could pick up it was just chat.On my previous appointment I was left waiting also,there was no secretary and no explanations or apology for been kept waiting.The practice used be always on the ball but standards have obviously dropped.We have used here as a family as it’s a local business and try to support them and would be slow to complain but these last couple of incidences and a couple of previous ones over the last few months have made it impossible to support it anymore.Fortunately there are other practices nearby in Longford."
