"I was very disappointed today with the customer service, I purchased a pair of shoes on the 14 th of December for my son which turned out to be too small , I couldn’t travel back until now , taking in Christmas closures and sickness I went into today with my receipt and asked the lady if it was possible to exchange for another size and that I was passed the 14 day which she replied I couldn’t, I would totally understand if the shoes were in the sale or not in proper condition or not available, but they are full price still and in season, I have shopped here for many many years and always have been very happy as it’s a fantastic shop, I was sad at the service today as it was a very simple request"
