"This is the most worse hospital ever. I waited for 10 hours in emergency many people came after ne they have been attended but not me clearly racium they keep telling me you are next but nothing. At the end they said come early morning to get stickies done. It's a hospital everyone should be treated equally not by there colour or race."
"I want to say a massive Thank you to Dr Murray. Dr. Bacon and their team of Drs. To the wonderful Nurses the catering staff the cleaners etc From Medical South on the 5th floor. From the minute I arrived at your Ward my experience was just amazing. You were all so helpful and caring and you all went out of you way to help me during my stay. The HSE at the top should see how hard all these men and women work. They don't get half paid for the work they do. Thank you so so much for such kindness and care . Elizabeth"
"I couldn't say more about the amazing service I received yesterday as a patient having surgery through Left Wing Orthopaedics. All the way from the security staff to the porters, the meal staff to the cleaners, the nursing assistants to the staff nurses, ward sisters, theatre nurses, anaesthesia staff to the surgical team themselves they were all exceptional. Each person I met went out of their way to be friendly, put me at ease and were extremely efficient in their work under I'm sure lots of pressure. I wouldn't hesitate to return. They certainly don't get enough praise or appreciation."
"Attended Sligo general over the weekend as my son couldn't breathe! After being let down by our own GP, we went straight to a&e. We were seen to straight away by a nurse who immediately put our son on oxygen and by the doctor who instantly knew what was wrong. Everyone both nurses and doctors were so kind, helpful, compassionate and where on the ball with everything! He got a bed shortly after being told they wanted to keep him in and the staff on the paediatric ward where all amazing! Doctors, nurses and dinner ladies where absolutely wonderful I honestly couldn't thank them all enough absolutely outstanding staff."
"Accompanied my daughter (who had a concussion after an accident) to ED. Excellent staff, both medical and non-medical, highly professional and very kind, obviously liking their jobs. We had some waiting time and spent four hours here - which is absolutely fine for a busy Saturday afternoon. It would be a bit too much to say I enjoyed our stay, but we were very well treated by a great team."
