"Terrible experience, I was few hours late to try on a communion dress for my daughter my name and number was on the dress, I probably should have rang to tell them I was going to be late but never did I think they would give another child the dress to try on. I would have thought they would have giving me a quick ring especially when they had my number to confirm I was coming down, my poor daughter walked in with the other girl in the dress that she wanted. There was a few staff on that day I am sure one of them could have rang me!"
