"Lovely shop with lovely gift ideas that i have purchased from several times over the last few years. However, I went in this morning to have a photo block printed, the lady who helped me was quite rude, I got the impression she didn't want to help me at all. I understand some pictures can be difficult to print due to sizing etc but her attitude was completly unnecessary. I didnt get what I wanted and ended up paying more for something i didnt really want. I understand its December 1st and its busy season, but there was no need to speak to me in that way. She made my morning difficult when it didnt need to be. I also work in customer service and i would never speak to my clients that way. I won't be returning any time soon."
