"My sister baught me a blue jacket in paco mullingar for christmas. Eighty euro. I wore approx ten times. In early january i noticed the colar and cuffs were of colour fading..color very bad. I returned the jacket to manager as faulty goods, was told first it was make up which i dont wear then it was wear and tear, bear in mind the jacket was now two to three weeks in my possession.. I did not accept that. I was told some one was coming from dublin to look at jacket..got no call from paco to let me know what was happening..called to paco three times no one knew anything about jacket..called yesterday the jacket was not back in store. Text paco this morning, got a call, mystery person from dublin dsaid it was wear and tear..bear in mind the above wirn ten times at most, colar discoloured and cuffs obvious dye fade.. Emailed paco national office..no reply. Text paco mullingar two times today for number or email address of mystery dublin person. Moral of story. Paco mullingar sold a jacket for eigjty eurp that faded color in two weeks, now i dont have jacket or refund and its mid march. Inspect your purchases carefully before u buy from paco mullingar and if u need good customer service you will get fibbed of. My next step has to be citizens help"
