"Bought a laptop in store and an iPhone 13 which was to be ordered in. Paid in full almost €1200 euros for both items only to come back a week later to collect the phone to be told that another €100 euro had to be payed and they did not have the phone in store. I then asked for a refund which was given back short. After what felt like forever I finally got my money back. A very upset and unhappy customer. Safe to say I will never be returning. I hope this helps someone else avoid being humiliated and let down."
