"Super happy with the service I got, especially over the Christmas period, had my laptop back in time for work in absolutely perfect condition and at about a third the price HP wanted to charge me! The best thing is it was only a screen repair so the drive didn't need to be touched, but if I'd sent it away I would have had to make 100% sure I'd backed everything up in case they wiped the thing.
