"I spent quite a bit of money in this store and in return expected a certain level of after sales service. Unfortunately that service is non-existent. In short, they "fixed" a reclining sofa that had started to sag only months after purchase. The "fix" has left the sofa rock hard and very uncomfortable to sit on. EZ Living Furniture refuse to do anything more about it. The situation has now been submitted to the CCPC and I am about to take legal action. "Very disappointing experience with EZ Living. Ive had to furnish a new house over the past year so have dealt with a huge number of furniture and interiors stores. I have to say that the EZ Living experience was the most disappointing of all by a long shot. Received very misleading customer service instore, followed by the most unhelpful and unfair returns experience I've ever had the misfortune to go through. I will never spend money in an EZ Living store again and will encourage friends and family to take their business elsewhere. I feel totally conned - Buyer beware!"
"This is a really nice place in which to view a wide selection of home furnishings laid out in a logical and accessible fashion. Many of the options seem quite uniquely attractive. There is also a large selection of accessories from purely ornamental to light fittings, paintings and so on. Prices are not frightening and some really good value is often available. Definitely worth a visit."
