"Very bad to deal with, we order part a week ago told us drop off was 4:30 in Dunmore, the driver rang at 2pm said he be in Dunmore in ten minutes and won’t be waiting ,I had leave work early to meet him when I brought the part to garage it was the wrong one , rang Dempsey to return part they said said no problem just bring it to Dunmore at 4:30 on 12/01 so I rang this morning to make sure of time and was told ya 4:30 and he gave me drivers phone number I rang him few but he would not answer and then text me to say he ring me back later I told who I was and ask what time is drop off got no reply rang the office at 3 he told still 4:30 drop off, in Dunmore now at 4:20 rang driver he’s already been here and gone, anyone else had this problem"
"Very helpful for a lady van owner. Bought a van that didnt have a spare. Not only did they have the right size tyre and rim, they checked that I have all the gear to change the tyre if needed and found that the lightweight wheel brace was for the wrong sized nut! They went back and searched in the yard and found me a heavy duty wheel brace and didnt even charge me for it."
