"Ordered a bed 2+ months ago and was told 3 weeks until it was in. Weeks pass and no word from anyone. Tried calling multiple times and could never get an answer or when I did I was promised a call back and never got one. Finally got through today and was told it would be another 2+ months. Also had a wave of patronising and snarky comments from the sales person who also refused to give me a refund over the phone. I’m currently waiting on a manager call back so I can get my deposit back. Not worth the hassle and will be taking my business elsewhere especially after the way I was treated today. Such a shame they’ve let things slide here as it’s usually a positive experience."

"I walked in and went through the store to the electronics section and not one of the staff acknowledged me. I proceeded to browse for an action camera like the go pro and although there were two staff stocking the cabinet hold these type of cameras again neither of them asked if they could help and I had to step around them to see the display. I was disgusted and just left . To purchase elsewhere. Absolutely no customer service"

"Had a great experience in store today with your sales guy Evan all shops could do with a few more like him an absolute pleasure to deal with. We purchased a bed just over 2 weeks ago along with a mattress and delivery. The sales advisor on the day assured us that the bed would be in stock on the 18th and delivered thereafter. However the bed was not due in and only that I called to check on the status of delivery etc I would not of been aware. However after numerous fone calls and no joy I made a visit to the store and here has it the wonderful Evan. Polite and mannerly easy to talk to dealt with our issue quickly and efficiently offered an alternative and got into it straight away. Also returned my call quickly and respectably a while later when I rang to confirm our previous conversation... A gem in a huge industry. Thank you."
