"I can't say enough great things about Dermot and his business. I'm a casual cyclist at best, so I'm a prime target to be taken advantage of or ignored by expert staff. But I've been very impressed by how Dermot has gone out of his way to treat me as a valued customer, regardless of my ignorance and stupid questions. He is very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. His prices are very reasonable and I always spend a lot less than I expected. He is also very accommodating and flexible about scheduling service.
