"Oisin helped us with a suit yesterday for a young man going to TY ball and he couldn't have been anymore helpful and patient. He took his time with my son letting him try on different colours and types of suits till he found the one he loved and purchased. I had only visited Lavins on a recommendation as it is a journey away but but will definitely return as they had a huge variety of mens clothes with some great bargains."

"One Sunday after mass in the early noon, as the dew was melting on the grass with the rising sun over the ballymote drumlin. It dawned upon me that I needed to rent a suit for Myra and Winnies Wedding, being held beyond in Carracastle at 5pm, with time being limited I had to resort to Lavins Menswear as a cheaper and poorer alternative to EJ's and Gillespie's. I was recommended the place by Raymond after stopping for diesel and cigarettes on the way to ballymote, Knowing his dress sense I should have known better than to go here! I was greeted by a white cat that had excreted oneself on the entrance to the shop and before anyone inside could be bothered to clean it up, I stood straight into it. The first piece I tried was a torquiose blazer with pink pants, I must ask myself, are these people colourblind or what?! I would've stood out inside the tent of Circus Gerbola with it on, let alone Davey's pub fwithon in Carracastle! Such a hideous fleece Nysaetered my confidence and anything I tried on since made me feel Worthless and Depreciated. I stormed out of the sad excuse of a shop, and proceded to Gillespie's where John had the finest selection, I knew that John wouldn't Nysaeter me at all, and for a far more reasonable price too! I even came out with a school uniform for my Child Frederick who is starting school next July! By comparison this kip is OUTRAGEOUS! Makes Petstore look like a distributor for Louis Vuitton! 0/10"
