"I went in for pair runners for my son. We were the only people in the runners area. There were three staff members joking about and having a good laugh. We stood there for awhile until finally one of them came up to us. We Asked for a particular shoe and they asked for my son's shoe size. He went to get the shoes and he came back saying none in that size. We then pointed to another pair. He came back with the pair of shoes half a size smaller than what we asked for. "There you go if you need any more help let me know." He walked back to his two work colleagues and the three started joking about again. Naturally the shoes didn't fit. We walked out and none of three staff even acknowledge us but they seemed to be having a good laugh. Something similar happened to my wife before this. I will not be going back to the store again."
"Elverys is packed full of equipment, all of them are great for sports. I recommend you check if the store has them before going, I didn't have this problem because the the times I went there I was getting general things and always had a vague idea they were there. The sections are all well organised, this meant alloy of time milling around in store was not needed. If you cannot find your item there is plenty of workers around who can point you to the location, the shop is well organised well staffed and very clean meaning it gets a five star!!"
