"Went in today and just had to leave, the music was WAY TOO LOUD. It's not a nightclub! And the speakers seemed to be distorted or broken and no one thought well maybe I should turn this down or off? On top of that there was a smell of perfume in every single corner and the lights were so bright in there I couldn't tell you whether the clothes were nice, I felt physically ill in there. Please be mindful of your customers, put on music if you must but seriously not that loud, and I don't think the space is big enough to allow people to spray perfume and then walk around the room spreading it everywhere. Even the lights felt too bright. The whole experience was painful for me (and I mean that literally). It's sad because I usually love new look."
"This shop has gone downhill in recent years. Its seriously understaffed which means the general upkeep of the store is lacking. I visited on a quiet Sunday and was shocked at how messy the place was. The fitting rooms were overflowing with clothes never put back, and the floors were dirty. The staff that were there were extremely nice and friendly but they seemed under pressure, with one girl getting called out during her lunch to help another member of staff operate the tills."
