"I have been into this shop a few times, and each time I am met with the rude blonde manager who makes me feel upset!!, in my 43 years I have never been so disgusted with the things I hear from that place!! you will not be getting Siobhan Laghertys business or any of my many many friends and acquaintances until she is removed!"

I find it amazing that there has been one review in a year and as soon as someone posts a negative review which actually looks ,given the context, to be fairly reasonable, you have 4 5star positive reviews in less than 24hrs. So your action was to get the owner/staff or their friends to try and filter out the now diluted average by leaving 5 star reviews.. Congratulations, if you can't use common sense in a work environment given these unprecedented times to honour a refund in such circumstances then why would anyone want to shop there, especially when you try and rally 'the troops' to suppress negativity. "I received the gift of a Regatta jacket at Christmas. Unfortunately it just wasn't the right fit so I needed to return the jacket. With the year that's been in it and retail being closed until mid May, I tried to return the jacket at Regatta Castlebar in early July (this is where it was purchased). I was more than happy to replace for another size, different jacket and even pay extra for a jacket I saw in-store. I was told that there was nothing that could be done as the shop had been opened since mid May and it was now July, not even two months later. I explained that I live about an hour away and got to the shop as early as I could, given the year that's been in it. But I was still told no, nothing could be done. I've bought quite a few items from this shop in the past but I will never buy from them or Regatta again. To think they couldn't even entertain an exchange just because it was 6 weeks after the shops had opened and not within four, is just really bad customer service. I will be telling all my family and friends to stay away from this shop. I've heard of plenty of other retailers honouring returns now on items purchased at Christmas, but not this place. I guess it's a good lesson for me to shop local and avoid the money grabbing bigger retailers."
