"Amazing place. A great variety of craft beer (and many other unusual drinks). Staff so friendly and helpful, very knowledgable and give great recommendations. You can sample the beer before you buy it. Food here is great too. They mostly have burgers, really great burgers. I ordered the vegan burger and it was the best vegan burger I have had in Galway hands down. My friends ordered chicken burgers which they said were really good too. Loaded fries were excellent too. Can’t recommend Caribou enough, great music and vibes, great food and drink."
