"We ordered our food around half 8 it got here at 10 it’s was freezing cold we ordered a new one it took 2 hours to come and it was cold again and in between that we called them about 7 times and they said it was on the way and it didn’t arrive until 5 minutes ago I’m very unsatisfied"
"Ordered food at 19:30 to fe delivers at 20:15… after three phones, it was delivered at 21:19… they forgot to send one of the meals… we had to ring a fourth time… it was an engagement party … whisky the guy in the phone was apologetic, it ruined the evening … will not be using the online service again… however, the food was lovely … pity about the delivery service"
"Absolutely disgraceful service. 5 orders out of 6 were wrong. No apologies. Chap behind counter has no manners and worse customer service. Deliveries even worse. Told about half hour. Add an hour to that. Never again will i use tenda or reccomend them. Not even 1 star."
"Normally would say this place is great but such bad service tonight. Ordered 2 hours ago and only for I rang to see where the food was they said its only gone out for delivery now but while I was asking this it sounded like they were only after telling the chef to make it up. Now the food arrived and there's no sauce she said I wasn't charged for sauce but yet I had ordered when I rang. 2 hours is what it took to just get some food!"
"Twice now order was incorrect, when rang they stated they would take price of next order. This has never happened. When I arrived to collect order this Sunday 20/11/22 I was surprised to see delivery drivers walking in to food area and chicken stacked on trays not refrigerated. I asked the server to check order (made via app) and she did and said all was correct. Got home no duck in order. That was my last order, never again."
