"Avoid. Sent me out the wrong order and when I notified them, they insisted they sent me the correct order. Sent them a photo of the items I received along with the invoice to which they replied with a photo they allegedly took before packing of the items I actually ordered. They say this is proof, but the photo was obviously before the items were packaged so doesn't prove what was actually sent, as evidenced by the fact I didn't receive what was in the photo. I don't know what happened but I do know I received the wrong items. They basically accused me of lying. Unlikely that someone would switch 2 window handles with another 2 handles of the same brand but non-locking and different direction. I was told the items I received hadn't been in stock for weeks, but their website showed them in stock and available to order. They then offered to take the handles back and refund me minus the restocking fee which is 25% (no refund on delivery fee), also pay the return fee myself meaning I would be out quite a bit of money and would have nothing to show for it. The fact they said would take them back at all shows, to me, that they knew they were their handles and they sent the wrong order out. No company would take any random item back and give the customer money if they were sure they were not their own items. They refused to give me a full refund or a replacement of the handles I actually ordered. On another note, be wary of the 25% restocking fee, which is very high considering the cost of some items."
