"I rang last week looking for blue diamond roofing slates, I had repeatedly said over the phone it was blue diamond slates i wanted .I was told they have them in stock that there was plenty in the yard, I was given a price and a few days later I called in to order and pay for the slates.. as I walked to the counter I mentioned that I had rang a few day prior and I was here to pay for blue diamond roofing slates and get them delivered. The male at counter wrote up the invoice and I payed for 3200 blue diamond slates .. well that's what I though until I went out to jeep and red the invoice, I had actually bought a different slate a "Berona" not near the QUALITY of the blue diamond slate or what I had asked for, when I returned into the shop I was told that they didn't even stock blue diamond brand! and what I payed for the Berona slates, I wouldn't have gotten the blue diamond for that price. As if that justified been totally mislead and been taken advantage of, thinking that the customer (me) wouldn't notice any difference between them. Why was i not told when i rang first that they don't stock this brand or when i was in store and repeatedly said BLUE DIAMOND ? in stead of been lied to and selling me something i didn't want or ask for! unbelievable so dishonest and sly . Not to mention the inconvenience of waiting for money to be returned into my account nearly 5000 euro! AND NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!"

We had to get a lady going to the gym to call someone she knew who worked here. When the guy arrived to unlock the gate he was extremely rude telling us I don't get paid after 6. We don't appreciate being locked in a courtyard.very unprofessional"
