Rodney in the electrical department went above and beyond following an issue with one particular product and as a result it was resolved promptly and very efficiently. "Expensive shop, probably it is worth for professional builders, but if you want a paint, garden accessory or a tool, they are pricey compared to other shops. On the other hand they have a good selection of plants and flowers, that you can find on reasonable price and sometimes on offer. The staff are helpful and interested to offer assistance. The shop is tidy, some shelves empty, they should work on their displays, and reconsider the display area of some ranges. My experience was good overall, and if I was not aware by the price in other shops and in online I would probably offer 5 stars."
