"just back from a lovely relaxing massage with therapist Dawn.....What a great experience, probably one of the best massages I have ever had...Would well recommend Dawn and Icon Spa Thank You"
"Was about to book in large group for golf and food. Told wife to ring book herself in for massage, she was accidentally put through by reception to golf store rather than the icon spa. The male who answered phone at 16:10 19-4-23 was so rude to her(she had it on speaker) that she came of the phone upset. I moved the booking for golf and food elsewhere."
"Great people working here, lovely staff, especially Eva"
"When we arrived and we're shown the baths were outside where anyone could see us I really considered walking out as this wasn't made clear at time of booking. As I had already paid we diecided to give it a try. 1 male, 1 female, both of us had trouble finding the robes, towels and slippers in the changing rooms. Male, didn't find anything but a robe and female only had slippers and and small robe and the staff were no where to be seen so we had our seaweed bath. One of the taps was cracked and poured water everywhere so could not add any more hot water to bath. We decided to leave it at that and went into the sauna area where only one of the three heated chairs worked. While we were there we saw other people get in to the seaweed baths we had left behind. Which made us think maybe they weren't fresh or clean when we used them. We decided to leave as the relaxation room was full of people and there was no teas or coffees left when I went in for water. There was some leftover fruit peels so I only assume there was a fruit platter. Had a quick shower, washed my hair and then the hairdryer didn't work, I had to travel home with soaking wet hair in the very cold and wet Irish weather, lovely. The basics of a spa were not met here. There were no clear instructions. towels slippers and robe were not there. Tea and coffee and fruit leftovers, yuk. No one at the desk for ages while we waited to leave. We got a deal on Groupon and wish we could get a refund, it was a wasted and stressful Sunday. If your in this area just go to Voya."
