"My family and I went here for mothers day. The food was excellent but our experience was spoiled at times. My nieces have severe allergies to certain foods, we called ahead and certain measures had been made which we appreciated. The service of the food is where mistakes happened and my niece was served incorrectly. Luckily we could easily identifiy the mistake but this could of triggered a trip to A&E. I regret not verbally feeding back so I am doing so now. In the future I think if notified that a person has allergies a manager should cordinate the service of those meals to ensure the safety of those customers. I hope this feedback is taken on board."
