"I got piercings that I had issues with it was my cause though I stayed hanging with a towel they turned red and swollen I contacted the gentleman well never got an answer back until this day (its been over month ) he read them all I sent another message nothing came back well next time don't offer aftercare service when you're not interested I thought maybe he's busy or forgot after the second txt was sent after 9 days still got no answer I truly came to believe he has no interest in my wellbeing if I got a txt saying he can't help fair enough I wouldn't have waited..also he usually takes the time to answer nearly all reviews so there's no excuse in my point of view maybe I'm wrong but I was very very disappointed I tried to delete the first review I can't but after this experience not 5 stars worth sorry"
