"All the stars are going to our waitress who was an absolute lady and took care of us when we made our concerns re the food known. The food unfortunately just wasn’t up to scratch. Both of us got pasta with chicken and it was very cold for both of us."
"We ate here on one night with the kids. We dined at around 5pm We knew there wiuld be a bit of a wait but to be honest it wasn't that bad because staff were amazing and they got the kids food out really fast. Our mains took about 35 minutes from the time we sat down to it being served. Food was really tasty. Kids loved being able to pick their own ice creams for dessert. There is a play area, but its extremely basic. Will go back the next time we're in CPs"
"Like most of Center Parcs, all staff are young, friendly and enthusiastic. You can't help feeling the 'brand' is letting them down. You can't get pizza wrong, right,??! Food is mediocre at best. Children's food is simply inedible. Disgusting."
"Had this place booked before reading the reviews. I had then read them when I got in here and was quite shocked as the place seemed booked up. I ordered Gambarino pizza and I have to say it wasn’t what the reviews said whatsoever. All though it was quite oily it was quite nice. For the price point, it may not be worth it but it’s nice to give it a try. Pasta dishes and starters seemed to be of high quality too. Would go back again."
"Similar to experience to some other customers in previous reviews. The food was nice but the service was poor. We had only 3 dining on the night and there were two tables with 20+ diners which were constantly catered for whilst we were constantly past and essentially avoided by staff. We were there almost 2 and a half hours because of the slow service. On 3 separate occasions I had to walk up and find staff to make an order and even to pay. I completely understand that staff were busy but a few were very focused on ensuring the large tables were looked after and did not come near us. This restaurant must do better to for smaller groups."
